Sound massive and made for autum or winter? Yep, totally cirrect – and that´s really the case. Unless you have a rainy summer like we do 😉

Joking aside, it´s been quite a while since I last mad dumplings myself, so I was really worried it might be difficult or might turn out not the way we want it – in the end it turned out really well, though we should´ve cut the bread rolls into smaller pieces. The meat preparation was also not too difficult, but as I am not a fan of meat prep, I am glad that my boyfriend took over 😉

The cripsy onions were easy, and I was really skeptical about the sherry in the sauce but  gooosh, that tasted so freaking amazing, really. That sauce was probably my highlight to be fully monest – and in combination with the rest it was just more than foodporn. Really gonna repeat that!
